Issue description
Toggle to mouselook toggle to on on the options. Bind inventory to mouse wheel down.

Go into the game and activate mouselook. Roll mouse wheel down. Roll it again.

Good right? Mouse look was restored.

Now do it with another shortcut like open the char screen by keyboard shortcut without first exiting mouselook Close it again.

Mouse look was not restored.

all tied into the need for an upgrade to the ui code.

it's a bit difficult to fix such bugs with the code in it's current state and since it's a bit obscure the solution for now might just be "don't do that."
