Issue description
Hello, today I tested the new snapshot and it's broken, now the program doesn't load files and saved games, just .pak. Mods not working, absolutely no uncompressed folder is loading, graph, game, sfx, speech etc, not even the localisation files from the Arx Libertatis snapshot so the main menu will be broken as well. Also I experienced shuttering during the first level and the second, more notable in script commands e.g. killing a rat or testing object collisions with a weapon.

Everything was tested, from a clean steam installation, rhaa movis and a standalone installation for the snapshot, tried both directories, main folder and the data folder and the issue persists.

I will attach a screenshot showing this issue

Steps to reproduce this issue
Run the snapshot
