Issue description
After installing Arx Libertatis Development Snapshot, the game switches from Russian to French.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Install the russian Arx Fatalis via Steam or Bethesda launcher. Check the game - its Russian.

Install last development snapshot. Check the game - its French.
