Issue description
In patch notes to 1.2 it is said that the high frame-rate issue regarding rune recognition has been solved even though fully it's not. It's much easier to cast runes with FPS locked below 200 and almost impossible with unlocked super-high FPS (500+).
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Unlock FPS
  2. Try to cast a rune like Spacium
