Steps to reproduce this issue
Just double-clicked the shortcut on Desktop. Before I did some reodering of my multiple screens and seems like the AMD Driver did not like that.

This is most likely an issue with your graphics drivers and it is unlikely that we can do something here.

The issue was updated with the following change(s):
  • The status has been updated, from New to Upstream.
