Issue description
Its is impossible to download the patch as all modern browsers flag it as dangerous. It is impossible to keep the file on a windows 10/11 machine due to OS removing the file as dangerous.

As it stands, the overprotective nature of modern OS/Browsers makes it impossible to use the patch provided.

From many posts around steam, reddit and forums, its apparent that it is a widespread issue. There is no dangerous files inside the installation or binaries.

Please fix the bug that trips up the security enclave protocols so the patch is accessible to the intended audience that includes everyday layman people with no technical expertise.
