Issue description
Hi there. First time playing Arx Libertatis after upgrading my OS. Fedora 43 i3 Spin (was 39 last time I played). I haven't experienced this issue prior to upgrading.

In-game state starts loading a save. Most recent major actions before saving: kill the ice dragon, teleport back to the castle.

Upon trying to move a stack of items, the game crashes. This happens while moving a stack of items within a chest, and also while moving a stack of items out of/within my inventory. No indication that it's item-specific, as it happened with empty bottles, dragon bones, torches.

Everything below here is the contents of the crash folder

Steps to reproduce this issue
1. Load save 2. Try to move a stack of items in one movement (i.e. shift + click + drag)

Worth mentioning, my graphics card is Nvidia GeForce 980Ti

Searching for the gm200_validate_sample_locations function (based on instruction pointer) finds a similar issue in KWin for similar graphics cards on Fedora 43: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/kwin-crashes-on-f43/172514 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512777

and the Mesa3D bug report, since patched: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/work_items/14082

Will dig and see if 44 has the fixed version. Only stopped on 43 because I was too lazy to do a third OS upgrade in as many days.

Good news -- upgrading to Fedora 44 fixed it.
