Issue description
For example, Isyldes look exactly like one of the hero models with their armor, the sages/astronomer looks like Aarkba cultists, etc.

Lord Inuit is the same, looks like the hero model.

Not sure about the one eyed man in the bar... It looks similar to the hero model...

This one didn't take long anyway. I guess we should figure out whats wrong with the lighting in the renderer branch so it can be merged.
