Issue description
In the first area of the game you can hear random noises, such as screams/moans and rattling chains. Vanilla Arx plays these sounds without trouble, however Libertatis seems to not play them at all.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Just load Arx Libertatis :P. Happens with both DirectSound and OpenAL EAX on and off.

Now this is interesting: it works in debug build but not in release builds

I have pushed a fix to the source code repository and it will be part of the next release (1.0.3).
