Issue description
We should remember the desktop resolution when arx starts and use that as the value for the resolution="auto" setting.

TODO: How to handle multiple monitors.

We should probably also have a (non-default) setting to always use the largest resolution.

Somewhat related to Feature request 300 - Support a "windowed" fullscreen mode under Windows.

This should be fixed now, at least with the SDL2 backend.
