Issue description
All the walls, ceilings, floors, are all invisible. Items and characters are not. All I see is a pitch-black world littered with characters and items. Even the opening cinematic is affected.

Updated my drivers and tried every instructions here http://steamcommunity.com/app/1700/discussions/0/492379439669092229/#p2 as well as turning softfog to 1, but still nothing.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Nothing entered.

Please install the latest drivers for your card from AMD:

If it is still broken after that, please do the following:

  1. Install the latest 1.2-dev snapshot again
  2. Create a shortcut to arx.exe: right click arx.exe → Copy, right click empty space → Pase shortcut
  3. Right click on you shortcut, go to Properties and then the Shortcut tab (should already be selected)
  4. At the end of the target field append (without quotes) " --debug-gl" - make sure there is a space between arx.exe and --
  5. Start the game using the shortcut you created
  6. Load a level that shows the problem
  7. Exit the game
  8. Upload your new arx.log (don't start the game again before you do)

Additionally, if you just install AF 1.21, does that run?

So the walls now render correctly? Only with --debug-gl or also when running AL normally?

Hmm, it also works without --debug-gl too. I'm guessing this have something to do with using the 1.0/1.1.2 installer to install directly into the Arx Fatalis folder (choosing Arx Fatalis as the Arx Libertatis folder) which made it lose some files, since I threw the 1.2 files into the Arx Fatalis folder after a clean Arx Fatalis installation.

Potentially a driver issue. Anyway, seems to be resolved somehow.

The issue was updated with the following change(s):
  • The status has been updated, from New to Not a bug.
  • This issue has been closed
  • The resolution has been updated, from Not determined to CAN'T REPRODUCE.
