On freetype with inventory open only right turn works.

I can't reproduce this: I can turn both left and right with both mouselook and the arrow keys. Or did you mean something else?

I reproduced more. Open inventory first "I" then try turn with mouse. With arrows it works.

Hm, sorry, I still can't reproduce this. Are you sure that this is not a wine problem (maybe the infamous http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6971)

It may be sounds very similar. I do not know how to test this is wine or not wine bug.
