Issue description
We should ship and arx-libertatis.zip file for that that is loaded after all the standard AF pak files (maybe an arx-libertatis-full.zip and arx-libertatis-demo.zip at some point too).

The arx-libertatis.zip file should be created as a build step - for example the in-game credits data should be created from the AUTHORS file. There should also be a mechanism for mods to add to the in-game credits, but this is possibly out of the scope of this task.

Credits are now included from the AUTHORS file at compile-time along with the version number.
