Issue description
Error messages for invalid command-line options are not very helpful.

At the very least, the error message should include which argument is wrong.
Steps to reproduce this issue 
  1. $./arx --foobar --no-data-dir -u
  2. Error parsing command-line: command not found
 

  1. $ ./arx --no-data-dir -u
  2. Error parsing command-line: invalid arguments count
