Issue description
Autosaving on level change shouldn't increase the load time much as we already save most of the data.

Idea from duplicate bug report: "autosave on finishing a quest" - how could we do this? autosave for every new questbook entry?

I would like autosave after all teleports and/or level changes. Three saves incrementally updating would allow reloads after mistakes such as accidentally attacking guards, selling quest essentials etc.
