Issue description
image1icon_open_new.png

Hi, well here's an issue with lightning flares, when you open a note, a book or a public notice you see the reading module too bright, in some places in excess, sometimes hindering reading.

To solve this I propose to simply disable the flares while reading, when leaving the reading then re-activate the flares, as it works with the character's sheet or the spellbook. Lighting and flares work perfectly and they have very good results specially in modding, love it so don't change that!
Steps to reproduce this issue
Simply open a note, book or a public notice in front of any lightning flare
