Issue description

Guess it's more like visual bug.

When I try to equip Lord Inut's bow, I see message that it requires 30 projectile, but I have 37 point of that skill.

In fact, Inut's bow requires 40 projectile to be used.

Steps to reproduce this issue

In attached save:

Open inventory and try to equip Inut's bow

Expected result: bow is equipped, or message should say that 40 projectile is required

Actual result: bow is not equipped, message says 30 projectile required

After repro:
