This is most likely a duplicate of Crash report 290 - [2893985C] arx.exe!0x14016b725 and will be fixed in the next release.

For now you can work around this bug by either switching to native D3D9 windowing or by switching to SDL input to go with the SDL windowig you have selected:

In cfg.ini set either 
  1. [window]
  2. framework="auto"
 or 
  1. [window]
  2. framework="D3D9"
 or 
  1. [input]
  2. backend="SDL"
