Issue description
Currently reducing the number of quicksave slots doesn't have any effect if there are already more quicksaves (until the user manually deletes the extra quicksaves).

When after reducing the number of quicksave slots there are more quicksaves than configured slots, we should prompt the user about delete the older quicksave.
