Issue description
When clicking on a rune in the book and then immediately increasing the window size (ie by using Alt+Enter to go fullscreen), the flares from before the resize will still be at the old pixel positions. New flares from after the resize will be positioned correctly.

Not sure how easy this will be to fix, and it's just a minor issue.
