Issue description
This would allow users to better find the save files for an in-game save slot.

Suggestion: take save name, sanitize it (remove any bad cahracters, etc), trim it to a max length and then append numbers until we find a name that isn't used.

Also, the default name for saves in game should be unique (with a number) and not just "New".
